Processing Time:

Orders typically take between 2-3 business days to be processed. (Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.) Pre-ordered items can take up to 3 weeks to ship. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Missing Item

If the product says "shipped" and "arrived,” and after checking with the carrier, the customer can't find the package, new order possibly will have to be submitted


Shipping Methods:

Please give your U.S. orders at least 2-7 business days before arriving. International orders are sent out within 48 hours and will arrive in 7-21 days.

We use reliable carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. You can choose from standard or expedited shipping at checkout. Track your order’s route using the tracking number provided after checkout. Please use the correct mailing address because once we ship the item out, we are not responsible.
